Caught 14 of them in the last ten days. Haven't had one yet that isn't blue hide. Got one today that is getting white hide and more fat on him than the rest but I wouldn't say they are close to prime. I am Edmonton area. Fur looks o.k but I won't expect to get near as much for them now as I would in a month from now.

Got 1 by the Simonette this weekend, WMU 521, very white leather. It's our first one from that area so it will be mitts for the wife, we like to make something out of the first one, as a memory thing, to be honest I didn't even look at the fur.

Thanks guys! Thanks Nube. I have limited time and resources this season. So I am putting off setting until closer to prime. I got a young yote 1.5 week ago and still blue. Thanks again if anyone would like to continue posting your findings that would be great.

Just skinned a yote yesterday - underbelly was white; back has a ways to go yet!

I got 2 yotes a fox and 2 rats today. The coyotes have really primed up this past week I have noticed. Still not quite there but not bad either skin wise. Fur wise they are looking great now I find for the least few I have caught.

The yote I got was one I seen while hunting - the deer weren't moving so I figured I'd take it home with me!
