Those fish are huge , congrats.
And thanks for the tip on the hardy. I was on the fence about what reel to get this year, but now I know.

I wish I had some info on longevity, but first impressions were great, especially for the price point. Also, I had a tool that came with my RLS that removed that annoying click of the drag, which is apparently just annoying to myself.

Atta Boy Ty. Some fine specimens. Not fussy about what species to chase either, hey. Thanks for sharing. You gonna make that trip west this year?

I was mostly after browns and bows, but there is a small window where you can regularly catch those 5 to 7 pound brookies so I couldn't pass it up!
Absolutely I am coming out! I have quite a bit of work to do in Alberta, I will give you a good heads up before I am in your neck of the woods.

Wow, those are some SWEET FISH!!! I'll be spending a week or so in central/Northern SK in July (though much of it will be at a conference, I will be able to work in some fishing time)...will have to see if I can't find some spots with some trout like those!
