We run these cameras and they work very well! They chew thru batteries pretty good tho! we hooked ours up with 12 volt and solar panels and I have 1 on a mineral lick since last november and it is still putting out pictures! I use 8g san disk and swap it out every 2-3 weeks! The rest I am putting out in the next week or 2! Between the 3 of us we ran 8 last year without a hitch
Great buy

Unless they have updated them from two years ago, when I got mine, you can't use anything bigger than a 2 gb sd card in them. They work ok and do eat batteries up fast. MY cousin also has a set of them and one of his bit the dust. The flash unit burnt out on it just after 6 months of use.

They will take up tp 16 gb! I left my camera for almost 3 months and had 7500 images! only 500 had animals in them but i think the blowing snow had something to do with it!

getting ready for the influx of blurry trail cam pics......imo, you get what you pay for.....on a side note.....might be the way to go with all the theft of cameras recently...... i know i wouldnt be leaving $400.00 products strapped to trees out in the bush!

I have used wildview quite a bit and they are junk. Usually 99 % of your pics are of trees moving or sun shining. Most will only use 1g cards which are hard to find. They burn through batteries pretty quick and will not work in cold tempts. The pics are also low quality and usually blurry.

That above picture is more than I need. looks like a buck to me.
Will not be using that camera for placing pictures in a magazine.

But will be using it more to see whats walking by ,bull or cow and how many.
Have this hunting spot for our truck and camper, and when we wake up in the morning we have elk tracks between out truck and atv. These elk are very night animals in this area and only seen one in the 10 years hunting that spot. Also will be placing one along a river that has very deep game trail beside it , its being used by wolfs, moose and elk. Did some moose calling along that trail and had 5 wolfs come to the call.
I did get a rain check at canadian tire ,(two for $100.) I wiil be picking some up as soon as i know if I got my moose draw.

it has a 1 minute trigger time so set it up looking down the trail other wise you will miss the animal.

It does have a 1 minute trigger time but it's a3 shot burst! ! shot is immediate it is then followed by 2 more at 20 second intervals! They do take up to 16 gb sd cards! they are hard on batteries but hooked up to a 12 volt battery and solar panels our cameras are year round and have yet to have a recharge! This can be done for for under $120 per camera including the camera!
