You really are super, Mario! I'm yet to catch a whitefish. All they do is spit my bait out. Those delicious buggers!

Nice chunky white you got there. Good job. Still packing eggs or are they on the rebound up there? Just curious. Caught jumbos in battle that had ripe eggs after xmas while the ones in gull already had next years eggs albeit microscopic. Nice pictures thank you.

Nice fish! I just have to make to the CL this season, lake trout is still on my list... What lure did you use? Seems like spinner bait?
Any advice would be much appreciated!
Thank you!

Nice lakers Mario !!!! You were just there eh ? Mitch and I went Thursday and Friday. No bites at night but between the 2 of us we landed just over 20 lakers. Missed lots of hook sets and lots got off.
Let me know when you're going again 👍

Bty Lakers Super M & crew ... with this cold weather, I imagine that annual Mexico trip is getting closer, too.

Thank you very much for the picture of your jigs! Now I have idea what to get.
Exept the flasher, I fish without it. I know, I've heard from people that you gotta have one for CL, but I gonna stick to my principals and try my best without it.
Thanks again!

Yeah those jigs are the new cold lake specials made by Staple Baits, based out of Edmonton, in most of his pics. My buddy says they work great, he says he prefers them over the traditional cold lake special!
