So , how it go last night ? Was really hoping to get there , but it just wasn't in the cards .
How were the wings ?
How was parking ?
How are are the waitresses ? ( no . i mean their service , was it prompt and friendly )
Is it the place to go in the future ?

The food was awesome but the parking situation was deplorable, I was driving around searching for a spot for 15 minutes easily. It was also pretty busy and we had more people attending than seats available (though I guess there had been seats earlier but they could not be retained).

It was an absolute mad house last night. You needed to be there by 5 at the latest to get a table, the 1c wings started at 6. Rule was one drink per order of wings, max two drinks per person at a time.

Wings were good. Maple bacon rub and Maple whiskey BBQ were the two big hits. Honey Sriracha was good, would not recommend the Chicken Caesar. When we left about 815, there was still a line up.

Wings were excellent, place was very busy, beer was cold. Dean, are we going back, or are we looking to try out a different "centrally located" wings place? I really liked it, but know the parking situation was problematic.

Good job avoiding saying "that time of the month."

Sorry boys and girls...I totally forgot THAT IT WAS THAT TIME OF THE MONTH! Hahaha.

But it turns out that this may be a bit fortuitous anyway...

It appears Ken and Sherri are gone to the Land of Salami anyway...and I am working nite shift tmrw night....so Jen and I wouldn't be there. I also see a post from Turbo Mulcher (Don) about going to NYC...

And since we moved last time to Limerick's Pub (and seemed to enjoy it), can we move it to next Monday night (as that is their Wing Nite)?

Then hopefully more of us can make it....what say all of you?

Yes we are and after 2 weeks of travelling with me. Sherry has probably had enough salami......lol
On the other hand......if you can actually provide salami for 2 consecutive weeks.....I think I'm pretty proud of myself!!

Wing Nite will now move to Monday nights for the foreseeable future.

Next one:

April 10th
6 PM
Limerick's Pub (on Macleod Trail)
Upstairs

I will try to reserve those long tables in the back that we had last time.

Sound off if you can make it so I can give them a head count for the reservation.

See ya there!!

We will be there.
You may also want to see if they can give us one of those rooms to the side. They make it a little more private for the group. Have spent many nights in some of them and makes for a good evening if available.
