They are both absolutely certain that they are correct and everyone else's opinion is absolute rubbish.

In reality what America does has sudden repercussions around the world. Canada not so much. It is somewhat beneficial to be concerned and informed with what happens down there.
I agree that being concerned and informed is good. Its just the hysteria that gets more than a bit tiresome. I was working downtown a week or two ago and someone noted to me of a protest group blocking traffic somewhere. Now what on earth does interrupting peoples right to transit throughout our city got to do with these peoples overwhelming compulsion to protest something happening in another nation?? Its ludicrous.

The worst kind of idiots are those that under no circumstance will accept when people do good, when they were sure/hoped they would not. They would sooner leaders fail, at a great cost to everyone, rather than admit they were wrong.

Trump is however an idiot also.
A billionaire idiot who happens to be the president of the U.S.A..

Not sure what that makes those who think he's an idiot.

That Vancouver mayor is a real winner. He was upset because Billy Graham's son was coming to speek at an event. He was upset because he was a Christian I guess. So much for free speech.

I think it is time we in Canada who do not agree with Trudeau start protesting his family members, children included. After all, his family members support him and his policies. I am sure that will go over well.

It is Canada, you are free to do just that.
