Jerky looking good. What type of recipe did you use for the marinade?
I just use what I have in the cupboard.
This batch is coarse salt, brown sugar, soya sauce, worschester sauce, beer, onion powder, garlic and Montreal steak spice with alder wood. I’ll do half peppered and half teriyaki with the next batch.
