When I was a kid I smoked so much pot I’m surprised I didn’t have a handle growing out of my head. As I got older I quit, so did most of my friends. Some still smoke it, I might go visit a retailer but not until the lineups are done, I’m in no panic to grab some, I’m sure I could get a bag within 20min if I wanted some.
It's amusing that when I look out my balcony is see a new pot shop not yet opened 1.5 minutes away.

Interesting situation in Lloyd
The sleaze bar where the lowlifes hangout is on the Sask. side of the street where smoking pot in public is prohibited they're going to have to walk across the street to Alberta and stand on the sidewalk for a puff or risk a $200 ticket.

This will be interesting

The only thing that bugs me about the whole thing is I'm going to have to smell this crap all the time stinking up the neighbourhood.

Just ordered some gemstone sativa dominant hybrid. Like some have stated already...the day doesn’t change much for me but it’s nice to not have the illegal stigma!

You watch to many Cheech and Chong movies you'd need a 100 Rastafarians smoking full bore to stink up a neighbourhood.

Trudeau going to start the bureau of offensive smells complaints to include, pig barns, canola plants, cannabis, diesel trucks it will be located down the hall from the ministry of funny walks.

I thought T&T market parking lots were the scariest ones to drive through in Alberta. Uh uh, not today! Went to Sobeys in north Edmonton where there is a pot store in the same parking lot...... scary! I’m glad I got out of there without a scratch.

I haven't even smelled it once today while out and about all over Edmonton, even near the U of A campus. Kind of disappointed lol

Just ordered some pre-rolls on the gov't site. Took less than five minutes from opening up the website, to signing up, to confirming my order. Kind of cool. Here's hoping it doesn't take a month to get here. Lol.

No kidding. To suggest you are a prisoner in your own home is a bit much.

If your neighbor is blazin a fatty wait 5 minutes and go back to enjoying your back yard. Or talk with your neighbor and let him know your not a fan, maybe he can take it inside or in his garage with the doors closed.

At $8-12 a gram the black market isnt going anywhere. If anything if the roumer's of a shortage are true the price could go up and make the black market even more profitable.

Interesting times

I break laws that only involve myself. I’m ok with that. I don’t break laws that may afffect others in a negative way. Now stop crying!

So smoke less! I don’t drink moonshine the same way I drink beer & clam. It’s all about knowing your tolerance.....

So...I'm confused.

Smoking pot.... legal , at least in certain places.
Buy it over the counter.

Edibles you can order on line but haven't been legalized to sell at said shops??
