the busted a huge network of them tourist burglers commited over 400 B&E in toronto last year , but they were all from chili .
Two people posting about the burglars being Columbian both identified themselves as being Columbian, so they would be able to peg the accent. Others who were from other nations that neighbored Columbia echoed the same thoughts.
