Easiest elk draw to fill?

already going to cypress hills this year but wondering for the future what guy would say is the elk draw that has the best chance to fill the freezer.

Archery season.. Get it in the rut and you can hunt pretty much any WMU with a general tag..

late cow tag. I really dont think there is a real easy tag for elk though.
