I have taken many animals to Tony. He does a great job. I haven't tried his sausage, but his cutting and wrapping is great. Go see him before you plan to take somthing to him. Say hi, BS for a while and ask him about how he prefers to see the animals come in. Then, if you like to hang it at home for a few days, call him and let him know when you would like to bring it in. He will very much appreciate the courtesy, and bend over backwards for you.
