Anyone know how to get a book republished? Not wanting to ruin anyone's fortunes, i just think that there may be a substantial market for it...

Find out who the publisher is and ask them.

I thought Alberta Outdoorsmen Magazine, purchased Barry Mitchell Publications. Is it AOM that produces and publishes the Barry Mitchell Alberta Fishing guide?

Got me thinking the same thing but I’m gonna take it to elk camp and read it once more. Mines a little beat up from bouncing around in the truck on the FTR.

I always wondered why someone hasn't scanned their book and put it out there as a PDF. The book is no longer in print so not harming anyone. Any takers?

You always wondered? Never heard of copyright infringement?
Its really not a life changing book. Here is a summary for you:
If its a stream, and its west of hwy 43, 22, or 6, its probably got trout in it.

Read this book a ton 20 years ago when I first moved here, can’t seem to find it now. If I read it now it’d make way more sense. Great book

Right on. But you could have charged at least $50 per hit with that info and made a fortune from the believers!

Would this be a deal: Alberta's Trout Highway and Blue ribbon Bow( the original large hardcover from 1987 ) for $500. My wife wants a new couch.

Blue Ribbon Bow
I have an original hard cover, autographed by Jim I’d let go for $200.

I’ll undercut you.
$599 for mine. Not some lousy hard cover either. Not spoiled with a signature either.

I gave mine to a friend many years ago. My son is now 18 and very outdoorsey. I figured he would like the read so I called my friend. He said sure, $500 and you can have it back.
So I guess I'll just teach him some things I remember from the book. I really enjoyed the stories the most.
