I have often thought about offering rides to these hoodlums that prowl late at night. Just offer them a ride like the Saskatoon Police used to do. Several miles out of town in the dead of winter with no jacket or shoes. If they survive the walk back to town, they most likely will think twice about wandering around in your neighborhood.
But as summer approaches, I suppose you could help to teach them to do high dives off a local bridge.
