Default Pal

Good morning
I lost my PAL, and for the life of me cannot find it and will require a new one. It was for a restricted as well.

Fortunately, I have plenty of reloads and will not go short, but I still keep my eye open for a good deal on a rifle or ammunition.

Has anybody had to ask/apply for a new one, especially with the B.S. that's going on these days?
Should I expect to be put through the wringer?
How long would the wait be for a re-apply?

Any information would help.
Thanks in advance.
