AYA date change
The AYA tournament at Travers is normally held in mid July. This year the organizers were unable to get a permit for a walleye event in July. The new tournament date is Sunday, June 19. Two kids 17 & under in the boat with one adult. They have lots of prizes and cook-out after fishing. I have been in it the last few years and it is a fun time and great opportunity to get some young people into the sport. You can also visit the Angler Young Angler website to learn more.
