Has anyone been out to any of these trout lakes this spring. I tried Diplomat last week, looked like the winter kill report was accurate. I'm going to have another look today and maybe this weekend. Has anyone seen any life at the other ponds listed above.

Was at the Diplomat last night but much too difficult to see any life in the tornado type winds. I'll try again this weekend if the wind ever goes down.

Diplomat and Lougheed are both dead. I was at each with my Aqcuview camera, and there are dead trout all over the bottom.

I stopped at Boelkhe and the windmill were chained up. Does that mean they didn't aerate this past winter or had a fish kill?
Didn't see a fish rise for over an hour. Bee lined it for Blood Indian.

Well this is depressing. I'm going to try the Diplomat tonight and will post back. Worst case hopefully me and the boys will catch some stockers. Otherwise I'm heading to the Battle River or Buffalo on Friday to see if I can land my first ever Pike on a fly.

Was at the Diplomat for a couple hours yesterday afternoon. Was slow. Caught two stockers.
