Yep, the Zebras are really good about explaining their calls.

Off to watch Willy play. 2nd game of his tournament and 2nd game of 8 in the next 6 days. Busy kid.
I should buy a skate sharpening machine.

Lets see what happens today. Last game was interesting with him trying to take on 5 guys at once and holding his own till he was dragged down from behind. Pulled 4 min in penalties and other side took 8. Thats a WIN!!! Kinda thought he was going to get the boot when he escaped the Linesmen to jump back into the mix. Must be because he is so polite.

Flames iced the puck. They were tired and stalled to try and catch their breath. Stalled a little too much and got called for delay of game. I doubt the call would have been made if the score was 5-1, but in a 1 goal game in the last few minutes they didn't get away with it.

Peters didn't look too upset about the call, so I think he knew what was going on.

Hopeful for the assist but It didn’t happen. I personally thought it was an awesome game for him.

Just watched it on hockeyfights. I see Dumba the only one who got a few swings in, other than that a game of tug-o-war on the sweaters. Glad he stood up this time anyways, more respect earned

Nothing that doesn’t happen each time the puck gets iced.
A horrible horrible call that could have changed the outcome of a game.
I want to see the Teams play, not watch the Refs blow their whistles. I do hope someone gets called on the carpet for this.

Same could be said for playing silly bugger and the unnecessary delay, as it could have changed the outcome of the game.

You guys won, why all the long faces.

You mean that one he was intending to just shovel out front which went of a Wild skate right to Tkachuck?

I was trying to be gracious.....Neal has been bugging me bad, don't want to constantly complain about him....so he did get the assist...

Chucky injures Dumba in a fight. Then scores the winner. Love that guy.

Even Benny gets into a fight and gives Suter a bloody nose.

Ritter is a stellar goalie.

If only Neal could get going......

Dumba hurt his hands on Tkachuck's helmet I suspect, Chucky didn't hurt him with his wrestling. Don't get me wrong, I like MT, but he didn't injure Dumba with his fighting skills...Bennett is far more likely and capable as a fighter, he can throw them for real.

He was sure chucking them, quite a scrapper. Dumba never knew what hit him.
Just glad he stayed on his feet, respect that far more

Mike Smiths superior played well blocking 33/34.....
Betcha flames would of added a notch to the L column with Smith.

Tkachuk my man, with a great game winning goal.
That delay of game call was crap. If that was McLovin or Crosby
I would be willing to bet they would have called a media time out.
Possibly helped them tie that skate.
Refs still hate us man, I swear.
Tough gritty win though, love it as we needs the points. Teams are on our tail.
St.Louis up next tomorrow at 1pm. Bring it.

Game day!

Another early game, starts at 1pm. Backlund has been activated off of IR. Gillies sent back to Stockton, did not take Neil with him.

Dont know who is starting yet, likely Smith for the first bit and then Rittich...

Glad Backlund is back...Smith? Ugh. And Neal probably just missed the bus to Stockton, kinda like how he has missed the net every shot he has taken this season. Except twice.

My expectations for Rychel where very low but I hear he's been playing quite well in Stockton. Two came up/back, do you know who else is out, Czarnick?

Moved Neal up to second line, so let's hope he finds the net.
Boom Tkachuk my man. Right on the doorstep

Nice goal. Still need to shoot more rather than so much passing.
Neil needs to prove it with good line mates tonight.

Is that three straight games?

Seems like scoring in general is up.
