Just some BBQ porn to start your day!!
Been cooking since 5:00am this morning for the local Veterans PTSD support group annual BBQ we host at our acreage in Water Valley. Doing a 130lb dressed and split whole hog as well as a couple of 16lb beef briskets along with a bunch of beer can chickens (still to come)! A lot of work but there will be some happy, hungry veterans with a full belly this afternoon!! Thought I might make you all drool a bit as well as try to help make a little extra awareness for all these men and women have done for us over the years...
