Tikka's in the stock recoil lug, is holding back most major stock makers from making a replacement stock for them
good luck

Robertson Composites Inc.
Renslip,
Dick is correct, not many quality stock makers are offering Tikka T3 models. However, Robertson Composites Inc., right here in Canada does. I'm not sure they offer a thumb-hole model though. You'd have to give them a call as their web page is kinda out of date.
Anyways, Robertson is top quality and highly regarded. Ian, the owner, will pretty much build anything, for a price. It's a nice 'plus' that they are Canadian.
Good luck.

Try Richards Microfit Gunstocks, if you want wood or laminate.

That appears to be totally incorrect information, Richard's does not list a Tikka T3 in their actions inlet listing
see here:
http://rifle-stocks.com/actions_available.htm
Like I said earlier the T3's reverse recoil lug is the problem, no one wants to supply a machined key stock and allow Joe Schmuk to inlet it into the stock, waaay to much of a Law Suit looking to happen.

Sorry, I can't argue on this topic right now (I don't have an access to that web-site from my work computer). But it was available around 3 months ago or so. Moreover, they had one dual-grip laminated stock for Tikka T3 in their bargain list, which I wanted to buy, but decided to purchase a laminate blank instead and do it myself... And I did

I cruised all over Richard's Microfit's site, there is zero mention of Tikka T3 anywhere. Some mention of the 595 and 695, which are not the same as a T3.
If there is mention of the T3 please post a link.

Sorry, I have to admit they don't have T3 stock in their inventory now. Probably discontinued.
