read the hockey news. read the the bleacher report. something other than the official flames website. or fan sites. they aren't the worst but they definetly need to start drafting better. seriously if you looked at it critically and realistically it's a decent goal. the flames are pretty good at keeping talent. they get some good middle of the road free agents too, what else do you need to do to build a decent team? draft well. not getting into the whole coilers flamers thing lol.

hockeysfuture.com has the flames ranked 23rd btw

Can't remember the last time I was on the Flames website or a fan site whatever that is, I actually do my own research, hockey news, bleacher report, tsn, all these so called experts are usually wrong..

Feaster I believe will be alot smarter than the last crew that ran the show in Cowtown and ya hopefully drafting is high priority...Cheers!

Jay Bo was the hottest commodity on the market when the Flames signed him. Almost every team in the league wanted him. It just hasn't worked out to the level everyone expected

Feaster has been at the helm for 2 drafts and there are more prospects in the system after these 2 drafts than in the previous 8 with Sutter.

Seems to me that if that was the case then Morris has a lot to learn also.

You don't attack someone once the game is over.

Nail could have given him the finger and he should know better than to react like a hooligan.
are you f,ing kidding me. You don't fight when the games over. It's hockey and surely by your response you have never played competitive hockey. Nail does that again he is going to be blending his food and sucking that slop through a straw for 3 months. Morrison did the right thing. Suspension??? For what???

Morris panties were in a bunch cuz he thought Whitney gloved puck which replays showed wasn't the case....they tipped at each other Morris went bat guano crazy...and yes you can be suspended for fighting after the game has ended

Thought the whole deal with phoenix was that the puck was touched with a high stick prior to yak scoring?

you are not going to get suspended for that scuffle.
You seem like you know alittle about hockey so you should know better.

Inarticulate and confusing as always. What did Yakupov do exactly that warrants this pounding? I do agree that "Morrison" shouldn't be suspended, not sure I'd agree that it was "the right thing" to do however...

On a serious note...

You guys really do have something happening there with Stajan no?

I didn't watch the game but I heard he pulled his weight.

Smile Jay who??????

Your "ace" defensman...Bummeister showed his worth on the 4-3 goal...It's OK....you DO have the veterans to get you back into the game. Now let's hope the Copper and Blue come through.....

Nothing wrong with taking a point out of San Jose on the second night of back to back games. We'll take it...

I wonder if Shames fans are looking at the standings right now and coming to the realization that they were given a charity win by the Oil.
