if you dont have a trapping licence but the badgers are digging holes in your field can you trap them?

From the trapping regs.....

Badger may be hunted (but not trapped), without a licence and during all seasons, by a resident on privately owned land to which the resident has the right of access.

what time do they come out of there holes usually

Badgers are mostly nocturnal......so check the areas where they are digging early in the morning or just before dark. That said, I have seen them out at all times of the day......you usually don't see them that often.

Hey Bushmaster,
There is one just on the east side of RR 42 and 13 I seen him on Wednesday digging at around 5:20PM.It didn't look too big,I never went back because I still don't have my one from last year done yet and I didn't feel like skinning.I thought I would let you know if you want him or her.
