Default Scott Radian and Douglas Sky G

I am in search of a new 5wt and the Scott Radian and new Douglas Sky G rod are both at the top of my consideration list. However i cant find any fly shops that carry either of them. Im located near Calgary but am willing to drive a bit to take a look at these rods before i pull the trigger. Any recommendations as to where i might be able to find such rods?

Thanks

I thought that one of the crowsnest shops sold Douglas rods, may be worth a call.

I bought the rod in 2018 solely based on it winning the 2016 Yellowstone Angler Shootout hoping it was as good as advertised and it is. Love the feel, loads awesome and it shoots line very nicely. I am not the prettiest caster but even in windy conditions I can get it out there where I want. The new Sky G looks to be great also according to the Yellowstone guys.

Kootenay Fly Shop in Fernie has full line of Douglas rods.

I have been eyeing up the Sky series as well.

Bought the DHF 7wt a few years ago. It has caught every type of salmon and trout species you can think of. Excellent bargain rod

Fell and broke/lost tip last year. Emailed company to explain. No questions asked sent me a tip the next week. That is service!
