Default Trigger Creep / Trigger Pull

I recently bought a Winchester SXP Pump shotgun with a rifled barrel for big game hunting.

It has quite a bit of trigger creep that i can play with back and forth easily without having to worry about it firing but then once it gets hard to pull there is a bit more creep before it fires.

With my Savage 30-06 all i had to do is cut a few coils off the trigger spring & it made the trigger pull lighter & exactly how i want it. Done in 15 mins.

Is there any at home way i could fix the creep & pull easily?

Or should i take it to a gun smith, ive never visited one before so what would something like this cost?
