Talking Them Bears

So, sorry in advance for how long this is and I know you guys are probably tired of new hunters coming on here and asking everything about bear hunting when half of it could be figured out on your own but I am interested in your opinions. Im a newer hunter in general and I've never had any success when it comes to bears, and not for lack of trying. Half of my problem is that the military generally doesnt give me very much time to put in a solid seasons effort and supporting a family doesnt leave much excess money, but this fall ill have all the time in the world and with a solid plan i should be able to pull it off.

I've narrowed down my decision to baiting in 348 just below whitecourt, baiting north in 507, or taking a couple days to drive the oil roads in 349. Not asking for secret spots or anything, just personal opinions. Theres no flip flopping halfway for me (money) so its all in on one and if it doesnt work out thats its for this fall.

If you hang around in one spot long enough they'll find you,
Took this guy at less than 10 yards after he ripped my camp apart and ate all my food.
.
Just north of Red Earth if you have time to go that far, a lot of bears around.
