Is there anything similar on GunBroker.com or some of the other big firearms sales sites in the US?

Original military or original hunting sporter?
If a sporter , any features like claw mounts , Mannlicher stock, set triggers??
Any pics?

NICE Old school sporter for sure, has the Civilian Mauser butt plate, and obviously the safety has been changed, likely a Buehler , and a thumb release added to the floor plate.
Hard to know iif the options were factory however, because the Mauser factory sporters I have owned all had claw mounts instead of the Weaver rings and bases on that one.
Today's market price would probably be about $500 but hopefully someone else will chime in and either concour with me or go higher for you.

Thanks Cat. The gun is in South Africa if you can believe it. The fellow wants to sell it to buy a 375 for his son. Cheers, Rich

There us one on CGN for sale. Looks very similar to yours based on the pics only.
Here is the text for it:
Mauser Oberndorf Commerical Sporting Rifle Barreled Action 7x57
Complete, shooting*Oberndorf*7x57 Action. If you want a rough stock to get shooting, you can have one free including an original to this model of rifle that’s restorable. I pulled the nice stock off this for one of my other rifles. The bottom metal is commercial in the bow*Oberndorf*style, but contemporary production, not period correct to this rifle, the mag box is long not intermediate. Shoots very well, I’ve shot this a good deal, likes 140s, bore is reasonable not gleaming but strong rifling and a lifetime of shooting remains in there. Three leaf express sights, to 300 meters.
Selling for the price of having a good smith modify a surplus clunker action to be it with the bottom metal and bolt handle, and you won’t have a cut and welded bolt handle but a solid forging, $1350 shipped. As good of base for a top shelf custom as exists. Only trade is a nice Winchester 1892 or Pre-64 Model 70 in .243 or smaller.

The holes drilled for Weaver mounts are a value killer.
Not comparable to the barreled action listed on CGN.

I have to agree , if it had claw mounts and a German scope maybe , but I have bought several Obendorf made rifles for under $1,300.00 and they had double set triggers and one , 6.5x57 had claw mounts as well
