Default Mossberg 715T still available?

Are they still legal?
My coworker is getting his licence and asked me to help him find one.

Much much too scary and dangerous for the ordinary civilian to have. This is why it’s now on the prohib list.

And also, its the worst gun ever made. I wish I had bought some junk HiPoint over this. I was young and dumb. Was my first gun I bought.

It has been through 3 gunsmiths and still jams every shot. Its sat in my safe for about 10 years not touched.

Its the one rifle I will gladly sell to the gov't because it has a dangerous plastic shell.
