Default Brass

Is used brass better to be sold, or recycled? Want is the valve of used brass to a reloaded and to a metal recycler?

You can look up brass scrap prices on Google . I think if your brass is still in good shape you are always better to reload it since scrap will net you around $2 a pound and buying brass can be 1 to 2 dollars per shell depending on what caliber

If it's harder to find brass, and you can be certain it is once fired factory, someone will likely give you at least half of the cost of new brass, perhaps more. If it is range pickup, with no proof of how many firings, or it's history, it is worth a lot less.

A quick look at the primer will usually tell you if it is once fired.
