Kelowna/Okanagan area fishing charters?

Hey everyone - I'll be in Kelowna the end of August and was wondering whether anyone's had experience with any of the fishing guides/charters in the area. I'd love to catch a salmon or a big rainbow, not picky on the lake - Okanagan, Kalamalka, Mabel...etc. Interested in your thoughts and any recommendations.

Also, we're out there quite a bit - is there a better time than another to catch fish out there? I've seen some websites say that trout fishing is better in the spring, others say it's better in the fall...
