We'll take it especially in this venue! On to the next folks. Hmm, I wonder if the EE can use this 60K+ attendance to pad their stats for the year?

Well there we have it, thought maybe the flamers softened up Dallas a bit and we might sneak away with 2 points, guess not

At least they got Sam Gagne back, he's gonna put up more points then Kadri and Huberdeau combined for 5% of the cost.

Haven't watched all the games but the bits and pieces I did see the Oiler's were outshooting their opponents by a good margin and they still end up losing. I sound like a broken record but if they don't get good goaltending unfortunately their season will the same old familiar result, but there is always next year right? I know it's early but these games they are losing now could come back and bite them in the arse come around playoff time if they are on the cusp of making it past the regular season. Oh, and get rid of Nurse. I think he is way overrated and not worth the money they are paying him.

Did I hear booooing....lol?????

Nurse needs to go bye bye. Diversity isn't our strength on defense and I'm convinced that's why he's on the roster. At the best of times he is just a very average to below average player.

Me thinks McRazzle Dazzle is playing hurt. He had no jump and his stick handling isn’t all crispy like usual…. He’s probably playing frozen (cortisone). He’s not even a shadow of his former self ….

Unfortunately if this continues much longer I think Woods gets the boot, as typically the coach is the easy way out.

Is Calgary and Edmonton going 1 and 2 in the 2024 draft?

Goaltending needs improvement too. Not going to win many games when your goalies give up 4 goals a game. Campbell is done and they need to get another goalie ASAP.

Death by a thousand cuts. We've seen this movie before. I wonder what the next move for the organization is and who makes it.

Yup. Same o.

Start off strong and then the emotion burns out.

Then Canucks score and Oilers get partially deflated. They slow down and other team speeds up.

Then Canucks score again and defence gets sloppy.

Now Oilers will get chippy and get bogged down in penalties.

Wow.

I looked, Edmonton was outshooting Vancouver 19-3 and winning 1-0.

I look again 4 minutes later and they are outshooting Vancouver 20-9 and losing 3-1.
