Edmonton , water and waste water = $100 this past bill.
What gets me is the stormwater fee, $13 this bill. ??? No snow melting in Edmonton this past month and any rain froze.
In the small village i pay 195 quarterly.
Covers garbage pickup, recycling-a large bin in town, water , sewer , and snowblowing.
I like the village aspect with limited or non enforced bylaws. Riding Atvs, where you can park, etc. My place isnt a dump but i have the room i need for all my stuff.
Permits to build are 5$ with not alot of rules to follow. Essentially remember to pay it. .
Been on the farm growing up and have lived in the city.
