Nice,
Great pics and an adventure of a lifetime....or until you go back. 2017 for myself.
I hear you on the Kudu, not sure how the PH's spotted them. My one PH had a green laser and would shine it on them across the valleys so this blind Canadian could see them.
So did you take a Kudu?

RJ

Unfortunately we didn't get a kudu this trip. Next time...

Default Africa

Heck, I can answer that question myself .. an African safari has traditionally cost as much as a new car ... A seven day plainsgame safari with about five animals with air and such ... a cheap new car ... a buffalo hunt, all in, maybe $25,000 ... a wild lion hunt (not the canned variety) in Tanzania or Mozambique ... could be six figures and you might get skunked ... nice nice car ...

My logic long was every young kid on the block seemed to have a new 4x4 ... so I went on a safari .. (actually, bought my new 4x4 the next year ..)

Could have bought lots of new cars over the years .. but they would all be junkers now .. the memories ... different matter ..
