Technically speaking it belongs to a public community of 3400 homes and 10,600 people.

Residents are allowed to bring in guests but the total cost of construction and ongoing maintenance and operations is born 100% by the residents of Sundance through yearly lake fees. It is managed by a board of directors made up of residents who selfishly give their time to help the community thrive.

I’m not the only member on here with access. Maybe just the most vocal about getting to meet AOF members on the ice and see people having fun.

Until moving to this community… I never had a clue what makes it great.

Now I can’t imagine being an angler and living somewhere else.

Yep, nice fish for sure and you do have a great backyard place there Sundance. I would like to make my own pond one day....

I also live in Sundance and like Sundance fisher can not image living anywhere else. The lake fishery is superb, and a large part of that is due to Sundance fishers efforts and perseverance. Thanks for your efforts!
