Default newell on thur

Fishing was very slow we stayed til 9pm no walleye 3 pike

yikes, no walleye at newell? Where were you fishing so I can avoid that sunday.

I was at CVR a week ago and the walleys were in 30' (ft.) of water, surface temp was low at 21 degrees. nothing big, 23" but lots from 5 - 8 PM. waht depth were u at?? water temp??

Default Just returned from Newell

I just returned from Newell. The fishing has been really slow there. I talked to a couple of other fisherman who are camped there and they said that the fishing was really slow. We managed 7 walleye and 1 pike today. From what we saw from the other boats out, not many were catching today.
