New appointment Deputy Minister of Executive Council - good choice

Please, and somewhat surprised that the new Deputy Minister for Executive Council, Marcia Nelson, looks like she is well qualified, a professional who has had many ADM and DM positions since 2002. Glad to see that this government who has a habit of hiring out of province cronies actually did something right.

I'm not holding my breath on the next move for them.
