As a basic rule, the weight of trout from 24-34" can be estimated quite accurately
from just the length measurement.
24"= 4 lbs
25"= 5 lbs ....
34"= 14 lbs

Give and take a bit for skinny, fat or funky kyped and spawned out fish.
