Backcountry tent?

I was wondering if anyone has heard or used a tent made by Eusebio, to me its a unknown brand and im wondering how they perform.
i have a chance to buy a Eusebio Bison 2 person i might be able to use as my backcountry tent
Any information would be great!

Not sure of quality, and never ran across this brand name so can't realy comment.

They have some real light compact sleeping bags, inexpensive and seem to work alright. Don't know about their tents though.
