Sounds like the billboards have started to show up in Edmonton. Haha good troll job. I'm sure the Bear will pay Cjay back after the next back to back games. Maybe.

Kind of impressed with how many guys are missing the All Star game, Ovi, Price, Hamilton, Mathews, kuemper, Hall, Panarin, etc.

Long list this year, and on that i did hear the league was thinking of more suspension time for skipping it.

Hey guys. We won a couple tickets to the Flames/Oilers game on Feb 1 and have no idea what they are worth. We’re not going, want to sell them but don’t want to rip anybody off.
Anybody know what 2 tickets in Section 107. Row 12 are worth?

They are worth exactly $45 for the pair. I’ll give you $50 for them.

Add a zero to the end of that?
Last time I was at a game was 20 years ago and the tickets were free. A few NHL games and I can go south for a week.

Was a joke, of course...
Anyway - to the OP - flames/oilers games are very highly sought after. Especially with the battle of Alberta heating up this year. I think you could easily get $500 for the pair. Too rich for me, but good luck! I hope you sell them!
...my offer of $50 still stands though!!

Thanks! I knew it was in jest. Last time I looked at buying a couple good seats, they were $250/each then add in travel, accommodations, food, etc... Too rich for my blood. But since you made the 1st offer, if I still have them Sunday they are yours for $50.

The fact he has 16 goals and 30 points helps. Pretty sure the main goal is winning the games. Standings being so tight and all.

In the nhl realisticly he wouldn’t have half that. But I still like the size he adds. Gotta be good at puck battles.

That's a different looking lineup. Upside we get the Blues on a bit of a skid, and back side of a back to back. Downside we go I to Edmonton on the backside of a back to back. Glad it's only travel to Edmonton.
Hockey is back and they better be ready to go, not like our usual post break efforts.

Big test tonight. The Blues don't lose 2 in a row very often.

The scary thing is, they don't even have their best player in the lineup.

So far so good, but I would shorten the bench to 5 d-man for the 3rd. Klingon is really fighting it tonight.

Agree, I must say I am glad we are putting up some goals. Johnny needs to work on them breakaways.

A good battle tonight. Nice to see Bennett engaged, and Jankowski getting a goal. Monahan getting 2...about time! Johnny needs to stop always trying 5 hole already!! Talbot freaking me out like Smith used to, fighting the puck too much. I agree that it might be good to shorten bench in 3rd. Fun game to watch, lots of battle and compete both ways.

Talbot not getting enough work IMO, I think he should have played in Ottawa. I know Rittich was great in TO but to keep Talbot in working.
