Default Poor gun safety and a great article.

Last week I was at a friends garage out in the country when someone pulled the trigger on a firearm they assumed was empty.
They had checked the gun moments before, but someone had loaded it with out them knowing.
Praise God all that happened was a hay-bale took a .22 and our ears had a little ring. At least he had the sense not to point the gun at anything that could be hurt.
We all had a good talk about always assuming a gun is loaded and I got on him for dry firing too.

Anyway I came across this tonight and thought it was a great story and a good reminder.
