Default Toy gun robberies
Seems the use of toy gun's account for 30% of robberies in Costa Rica.

Fake hand guns and AKA's are being used and the Costa Rican gov't is looking at making it illegal to remove the red plug on the barrel.

Toy guns have come a long way since I was a kid.

I wonder if toy gun manufacturers will be targeted in the future?

Oh and if they do make it illegal to remove the red plug, what criminal is going to care?

OH! OH! Michael, everybody knows that criminals have a code of ethics. They will not remove the red plugs, jus tpaint them to look like bullets.

No its already illegal. Double illegal is always better and triple if you can.

there has been more money stolen with a brief case and suit and pen then there ever has been with a gun and a mask
