Default .270 WSM for Yotes

Getting a Remington 700 SPS in .270 WSM what do you guys think of that for Coyotes?

It should make a really good Yote gun - be careful with bullet selection though, I shot a Yote last week with .270 WSM 150 grain federal fusion bullet and completely destroyed that thing, not much was left to skin out.

It is not a caliber for coyotes if you wish to keep the skin, unless you maybe use a solid. Good big game caliber though.

Tried the 100g in my BAR .270 Win and it had a HUGE pattern from 100M out.
Had to go with the 130g to keep a tight pattern.
Holes through the Coyotes were huge though...
My .300 Win Mag made smaller holes.....
