Bought a 2018 F150 with the 3.5 eco and max tow. Truck says 12500# but I don't have anything close to that to tow. All I have is a Rpod 178 which loaded weighs in maybe 4500#. I make a point not to have heavy things, too much of a pain moving them. If I was to buy a heavier truck I would skip right over the 3/4 tons a get a new F350 single cab long box with the 6.2 V8 just to put a snow plow on.

I was planning on waiting to see the new diesel 150 but a few hours to burn inbetween a meeting at work I ended up finding the exact truck I've wanted for years. A buddy of mine has the Dodge 1500 diesel and loves it. The truck is plush for sure and gets great mileage.
