Need a registered business.

Local business license that indicates you will be selling firearms and the jurisdiction you are in is aware of this.

Meet all the requirements of security, alarm system and safe storage as required by the Firearms Act relating to business. (Different and seperate from personal firearms, ammunition, etc)

Fill in the application forms and remit with payment to CFC.

Undergo background checks (different than for your PAL) and have a site inspection by the Provincial firearms officers.

Then wait for approval.

Annual inspections thereafter. More if they decide it's warranted.

Takes anywhere from weeks to months, depending.

I have one, been through it.
