I have a 12 gauge . It requires cleaning and oiling every now and then. That's it. Shoots Great!

I Have the 12 gauge, good gun but I've had issues with the wood. Forend has cracked after the third trip out. Looks great and shoots well but a bit disappointed with the quality. If you are set on a weatherby I'd look into the element, easy to clean and same action as the beretta. Still looks good also.

I have a 12 gauge with plastic stocks, no problems so far. It's been a good gun for the money.

Had one in 12 gauge. Kicked like a mule so I sold it.

Same here. Cycles great if you use the right cylinder and only had one jam ever. Does kick though but that's a 12ga.

I have the deluxe in a 12, I'd buy another in a heartbeat

never recall it failing to function, even when my buddy filled it full of gravel hunting chukar. Gorgeous stock, very light gun but absorbs a lot of recoil, swings beautifully, and after playing with the factory supplied shims I obliterate every clay in the sky (at least I like to think so...)

I had a 12g and I really liked it. Only reason I sold it was the gas valve system. I didn't like changing out the gas valve going from light to heavy and back to light loads. Other than that it felt great in the hands, shot well and the kick wasn't bad. I ended up buying a Remington V3 but could go back to the SA 08 in a heartbeat.
