I bet you are looking forward to being done. What kind of knife is the best and you use a stone or steel to sharpen?

What's the best fleshing knife? I was thinking of a post or a Necker flesher but I heard the post is better? All i have know is the cheap $20 one from Halford hides and it take a lot of work
