Where the heck did you find that I thought I read the regs from front cover to back every year and I didn't see that one?

See I did not know that and with out this debate I may have never learned that. I also learned something else very valuable with this comment. Crossbows do not have to be classified as archery equipment to be implemented into archery season which is also in the same section as the poundage requirements. Thank you for the info M.A.

I have rifles, inline muzzleloader, bow and cross bow
And I have hunted with all of them and enjoy it. It's not the fact that one is better than the other it's just another option for people to expand their horizons
in the early warmer part of the year. If someone can't hit the broadside of a barn
with a bow and can do well with a crossbow would that not be more responsible
rather than lazy. The bow is not for everyone so why not add another choice for people to enjoy the outdoors with. Maybe not so in lightening but I tried.

If you think that the ABA invented the archery only season single handedly you are crazy. I thought earlier you said you were not a member? How many times have they come begging for members from the AFGA?

AFGA has put in a lot more blood sweat and tears for conservation for every man than ABA has for just bow hunting. That there is called a fact that can not be disputed. Who is riding on coat tails I call B.S.
Your Turn Potty.

got nothing against the ABA, as long as people realize they are looking out for their member's interests and no one else's.

The only ways this thread would get more interesting is...............

1- Crossbows were made by Savage
2-Shot in Archery season only
3- Shot by all the bad Butchers in Alberta.
