Any good creeks or rivers to try fishing near CP campground?

freeman river is just north a bit on way to Swan Hills. but try to avoid it if the weather stays hot and water turns warm. stresses the fish and they usually end belly up as the river is muskeg fed. but good fishing for grayling when conditions are right.

also lots of other streams in the area that hold mostly grayling with the odd atha rainbow thrown in. just pick up decent map or google maps to see all the streams in area and access points.

As per the previous reply, I can confirm the creeks are too low and warm to fish. They need rain, badly.

Next year, hopefully the Freeman bounces back.
