Default BC Cougar Hunts

Is cougar a species that you can be hunter hosted for in BC or is it like sheep and you need to buy a guided hunt?

I don’t know that part cause I didnt look it up in the BC reg but I can tell you there are biggrt cats in Alberta. Tons of cougar hunters in BC, very few here.

Hunter Hosted and big cats are where you find them. VI has the highest density, but they are usually a smaller cat. The Kootenays and OK has bigger cats and the terrain can be up and down...steep!!

Good luck

Cheers
