Trudeau is pretty much forcing Alberta to separate, if this is passed.

So what I get out of it is that the FN leaders are now to be vigilantes against their own people.... Is there not a law against that???

This buffoon has been in power about 5 years to long...So sad...I am out of words to say how disgusted I am with the freak show down in Ottawa...But he is pandering to his base..

Can Alberta use the Not Withstanding Clause?

Honestly, I am so tired of this race based BS. My kids deserve better.

So the Liberals plan is encourage segregation and cause a civil war?

I've heard talk over the last few days on different rigs the 'solutions' these roughnecks have for the protests. A few of these hands are not the type I'd want to **** off, especially when it comes to the livelihood of their families.

It's just a matter of time before the wrong people stumble across a protest, or go looking for one.

You're right about that. No one has done more to divide the country by region, race, and religious beliefs since his Daddy was PM

Question They truly do not understand how this has happened

Was that a dog whistle I just heard?
There are many members that are conspicuous in their absence from the recent current affairs threads. Is it because they have just come face to face with the hypocrisy of their beliefs?

As for sparkle socks and his mishandling of this situation? We need it to get much, much worse before it gets better. Until such time as his voting base and the rest of Canuckistan's well meaning progressives are economically damaged by these policies, nothing will change.

I hope JT keeps it up; the drama-speak drivel, the billion dollar payoff, the UN worship. Next he'll ban men sitting with their legs splayed.

The more he talks, the faster Alberta will realize it's only hope for the future, is to leave.

Yes her conspicuous absence is quite telling. The rumor mill of the chattering class has some thoughts on the matter. But I'm sure they are happily married. Right?

I'm sure it doesn't affect his judgement. It would just plain suck no matter what, right?

These guys are going to have to figure out that there has to be zero tolerance for blockades. There has to be a policy of immediate enforcement whenever a blockade goes up.

That makes too much sense, and doesn't involve dialogue, incident response meetings, UNDRIP, bribes of taxpayer $, reconciliation, or carbon taxes. Would never work.

Letter Kenney is brilliant. Are 'degens' like deplorables, of the basket variety? It's all just so confusing!

Two elections ago the Tories ran with the slogan that described Sparkle Boy as "Just not Ready" as we move forward it is painfully clear "not now, not ever"

Default Not done Talking Yet

I think he has at least a few more items to talk about and won't be done until he finds a way to blame Harper for the situation. Obviously it was his fault. Or maybe Sir John A as he signed the treaties way back and of course he was a conservative. Gotta be the reason. I am amazed ( and revolted) that he can stand upright without a spine. What an amorphous blob.

I watched in dumbstruck awe! What a performance! Easily worthy of a best picture Oscar. I must say, I was somewhat disappointed there weren't any crocodile tears. Well no matter, it was a fine performance.

Fidel's idiot, bast*** child, selfie the clueless clown has struck again! He speaks volumes while myself and many many Canadians are left absolutely speechless! A sad day for all of Canada!

Maybe try New Year’s Eve 1989, in ‘85 he’d only have been 14 for the last week of the year (Christmas birthday) and would not have been in either bar. But otherwise, yeah. The same dialogue remains a nice thought to this day.

FN are basically laughing at his demands to have the blockades come down

We are going to see more of these temper tantrum protests in the future because there is clearly no repercussions.

Not only are there repercussions, he offers them rewards. That encourages not only the continuation, but promotes an increase in such behavior. It’s like paying a hostage-taker a huge publicly-announced ransom and then wondering why your family members keep getting kidnapped
