Default My BIGGEST life time coyote to this date...

I called-in and shot a 46-1/2 lb male coyote today around 10:00 am
I'm may have had coyotes as long as this one but never this heavy.
He has huge shoulders ...

One shot with the CZ Varmint 17REM 25gr Berger @ 75 yards
He responded to the call within 4 minutes and came in a stright line into the electronic caller.
I placed the bullet into his chest below the neck with zero blood produced.

That’s a big coyote. I had one similar size the other day about a 100 yards from the tractor and no gun.

Anything crowding 40 lbs in Alberta should be considered big.
That's a real good size and the pelts looks good too.
Often the really big ones are dark or course hair.
Good job.

Beauty coyote, congrats! I’d be interested in seeing how much board that it takes up.

Good dog! Good job calling them in, last weekend I didn’t have a single dog come in.
