Every muzzleloader is as individual as its owner and requires time to work up a load. My Omega shoots three Pyrodex pellets with a 250 grain Shockwave bullet and Federal 209A primers like a champ but only way to tell with your rifle is to experiment until you find the load it likes best. Most rifles do shoot Pyrodex pellets well though.

My Traditions shoots 120grain FFg loose triple 7 really well with 250grain Hornady bullets, but it is always fun to try different powders and bullet combinations.

Default Genesis

mine didnt like the 44 cal sabots with 240 gr it did shoot the 45 cal 300 grains ok used 777 and would reccommend getting the winchester primers to help eliminate the burn ring. the only hitch with the genesis is removing the spent primer and thats not much of a problem at all. The cross bolt safety is very good

Have a Omega and a Rem 700 muzz and they shoot 100 and 150 grain pyrodex loads very very well with 250 gr shockwave and .45 cal hornady xtp 250 and 300 grainers. found pyrodex was more consistent then 777 .. spend a couple days shooting different loads and keep track of them all. be consistent in your cleaning/loading technique. have fun.
